18 U.S.C. § 2257 Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement

WannaText is not the producer (primary or secondary) of any visual content displayed on the platform within the meaning of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

WannaText operates as an online service provider that allows independent third-party users (“Creators”) to upload, store, and display content. Any visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct appearing on the platform are uploaded by independent third-party Creators.

Creator Responsibility

Each Creator is solely responsible for:

• Ensuring that all individuals depicted in any sexually explicit content are at least 18 years of age at the time the content was created.
• Maintaining all records required pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.
• Providing such records to appropriate authorities as required by law.

WannaText does not create, produce, or commission user-generated content and does not exercise editorial control over the creation of such content.

Content Removal

WannaText maintains a zero-tolerance policy for content involving minors or non-consensual material. Any suspected violations should be reported immediately to:

Upon receiving a valid report, WannaText will investigate and take appropriate action, including removal of content and termination of accounts.

Designated Custodian of Records

To the extent that WannaText is deemed a secondary producer under applicable law, records required pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 are maintained by the individual Creator who produced the content.
